Studio & Booking Terms & Conditions
By booking an appointment or training course with House of Saz (HOS), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure the safety of our clients, the integrity of our artistry, and the smooth operation of our private studio.
1. Bookings, Deposits & Cancellations

Deposit Requirement: A minimum 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure every booking. This is deducted from your final balance.

The 120-Hour Rule: We require at least 5 days (120 hours) notice to reschedule or cancel. If you cancel or attempt to reschedule within this 120-hour window, your deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations outside of 5 days: Deposits may be transferred to a new date or refunded at our discretion if the notice period is met.
2. Studio Access & Environment

Location & Arrival: We are conveniently located approximately a 2-minute walk from the Woolwich Elizabeth Line station.

Parking: Limited parking is available for one car only. While we will do our best to assist you in the event of an inaccurately issued parking ticket or fine, HOS cannot control the outcome of third-party enforcement. You understand that you are ultimately liable for your own vehicle and any associated fines.

Accessibility: HOS Studio is located on the first floor with no lift access. If you require assistance with stairs, please notify us in advance so we can accommodate you safely.

No Guest Policy: To maintain a professional environment, guests are not permitted. If you require a chaperone for health or accessibility reasons, this must be confirmed in writing prior to arrival.

Studio Pets: A dog is occasionally present in the studio. If you have allergies or concerns, you must inform us at the time of booking.
3. Punctuality & Preparation

Grace Period: We offer a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may be unable to perform your treatment to our required standard. In this instance, the appointment will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

Mobile Phones: To ensure precision and safety, please place mobile phones on silent and keep them stored during your treatment. Distractions or sudden movements can compromise the final result.

Right to Refuse Treatment: HOS reserves the right to refuse treatment if the skin in the target area is deemed unhealthy, irritated, or compromised (e.g., active cold sores, sunburn, or fresh filler).
4. Health, Safety & Liability

Patch Testing: If you require a patch test, you must schedule a Consultation Slot at least 48 hours before your treatment. If you proceed without one, you accept full liability for any reactions.

Medical Disclosure: You must accurately document all medications and allergies on your consultation form. HOS is not liable for reactions caused by undisclosed information.

Teeth Whitening Disclaimer: You acknowledge that this is a self-administered machine rental service. No clinical advice or service is provided by a dental practitioner.
5. Tattoo & SPMU Policies

Age Verification: You must be 18+. Failure to provide a valid photo ID upon request will result in refusal of service and loss of deposit.

Prohibited Placements: We do not provide tattoos on the fingers, palms, face, or soles of the feet under any circumstances.

Aftercare: You agree to follow all provided instructions. HOS is not responsible for poor results due to a failure to follow the prescribed aftercare.
6. Intellectual Property & Conduct

Academy Materials: All training manuals and resources provided by the House of Saz Academy are our intellectual property. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Photography: Photos/videos may be taken for records or marketing. Please notify us during your consultation if you wish to 'Opt-Out.'

Conduct: We have a zero-tolerance policy for disrespect or aggression. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion. Any damage to studio property caused by neglect will be charged to the client.
